Bobby Crilly Classic Now Open for Entries

The Bobby Crilly Classic will be held on Saturday 28th May. The race, famous for it’s spectacular mountain top finish at Divis, will be run as part of the Slane Cycles Ulster Classic League. Pre-entry forms can be downloaded by clicking below:

There will be two races plus a Youth event:

The A race is for A1,2 and 3 category riders and will count towards the classic league. It will be three laps of the circuit then up the climb, approximately 50 miles.

The B race will be for A4 category riders only and will not count for the league. It will be one lap of the circuit then up the climb, approximately 22 miles.

There will be woman’s prizes in each race.

Details of the Youth racing will follow shortly but all Youth riders and their parents should note that this will be more of a mountain road race as opposed to a flat circuit RR. Basically it will be climbing from start to finish with no flat or downhill sections. It will also be restricted to U14 and U16 due to the severity of the course.

Sign on in the Lamh Dhearg centre on the Hannastown Rd, Belfast. Paste 54.5877,-6.036258 into google maps for a location.

Sign-on opens at 9:30. The neutralized roll out to Nutts Corner will begin at 10:45, with the racing starting at Nutts Corner at 11 o’clock or as near as possible.

Entry fee £12 senior riders £6 juniors.
