Reminder Track Training Tonight
Track training will continue tonight at Orangefield track in Belfast and it looks as if the weather will be kind to the riders showing up. Whether or not the same could be said of your tutors for the night is debatable as it is likely that Anthony Mitchell and Niclola Oldham will put you through your paces.

Seriously though the track at Orangefield is a great off road facility and makes a pleasant change from weaving your way through traffic on weekday training spin.

Bikes can be hired at the track for a nominal sum although newcomers can come along with their road bikes for initial training. The gates open at 7.00pm

Reminder Ennislillen Crit Cancelled
Lakeland CC regret that the Criterium planned for Friday 7 June has been cancelled. The date was chosen before the G8 event was announced in Enniskillen.

After liaising with Police, Emergency services and Fermanagh District Council, it was deemed that the event could not be supported due to the G8 organisational workload.

Alternative dates were offered to the Club, however none of these dates proved agreeable.

We hope to run this event next year - Tom White - Lakeland CC
