Saturday 28th May - Bobby Crilly Classic On Saturday Phoenix CC promote the Bobby Crilly Classic. There will be racing for A1-£, A4, U14 and U16 with all events finishing on the top of Divis Mountain. This is a great event and you know you have ridden a race when you hit the top of Divis, a National Trust property. There will be two races plus a Youth event:

The A race is for A1,2 and 3 category riders and will count towards the Slane Cycles Ulster Classic league. It will be three laps of the circuit then up the climb, approximately 50 miles.

The B race will be for A4 category riders only and will not count for the league. It will be one lap of the circuit then up the climb, approximately 22 miles.

There will be woman’s prizes in each race.

Details of the Youth racing will follow shortly but all Youth riders and their parents should note that this will be more of a mountain road race as opposed to a flat circuit RR. Basically it will be climbing from start to finish with no flat or downhill sections. It will also be restricted to U14 and U16 due to the severity of the course.

The key details are:
