Time Trial News and a Host of Upcoming TT’s – Updated

5The discipline of time trials commonly known as the 'race of truth' has been growing in popularity in Ulster over the years and now many clubs are beginning to run their own individual open events or promote TT series such as the Super 6 series promoted by Island Wheelers. The latest club to come on board to facilitate the 'testers' with a new series is Carn Wheelers who will be  promoting a new series on time trials on the Glenshane Pass. Phoenix CC will also be hosting an open time trial shortly as will Omagh Wheelers who will be including events for youth riders.  There are lots of open time trials over the next weeks being promoted by Spires CC, Letterkenny CC, Finn Wheelers, Glens CC, TVR and Ards CC.

Many clubs now prefer riders to pre-enter as it makes the organisation of the event run much more smoothly on the day. There are a couple of bad date clashes so if any club has changed their details please contact me at marianlamb@ulstercyclingnews.com so that I can amend the information. I am also happy to post all the results if they are sent to me in an Excel or Word Format as testers like to look back on previous results.

See below for more details of all these events and how to pre-enter.
