Nutrition and Physio Talks Specifically for Women

Womens_Cycling_Ulster_logo_Women’s Cycling Ulster is delighted to announce our next event, which will be held on Friday 4th April at 7pm. We are very grateful to Cleaver Fulton Rankin, who have very kindly donated light refreshments and the use of their premises for the evening.

We will be joined by guest speaker, Khara Mills of FitNaturally.co.uk. Khara is one of the most enthusiastic people about healthy eating that you will meet! She very much supports fitnaturally's ethos of eating delicious, natural foods and using the natural environment for training and exercise.

Khara’s passion for healthy, natural food will be very obvious to you. She is also a triathlete and Ironman and will share with you a wealth of knowledge of what works, whether you race or simply wish to fuel your exercise.

The event is free however places are strictly limited to 40 and pre-registration is required. To register, click HERE

We are pleased to announce Paul McCormac as a second guest speaker at our event on 4th April 2014.

His own sports career has seen him win British and Irish titles in European Kickboxing as well as competing in Ironmen. Paul will be giving advice on common cycling injuries, how to prevent them and strategies for recovery.

Paul will be joining Khara Mills from fitnaturally.co.uk who will focus on eating natural, healthly foods to fuel your exercise.
