Safeguarding Course Warrenpoint Monday 10th

Cycling Ulster will be a running a Safeguarding course on Monday 10th March in the Whistledown Hotel in Warrenpoint on Monday 10th March. The course wil be taken by Ptrick McAleavey and Marian Lamb.

The course has been requested by Newry Wheelers but is open to other local clubs. Designated Safeguarding Officers must do this course before doing the Designated Officer's Course. However the course is not just for Safeguarding Officers. It is about putting into practice, policies and procedures to not only safeguard the young people in our sport but also all our clubs and volunteers.

Anyone involved in Youth cycling should attend a Safeguarding course.

As the course takes about three hours we hope to start as soon after 7.00pm as possible.

We hope that the nexyt course will be in the Bangor area on 24th March.

Marian Lamb and Patrick McAleavey
