Final round of the Ulster MTB XC series hosted by Apollo CT

The fifth round of the Ulster Mountain Bike Cross-Country series takes place this Sunday 1 September 2013 at Craigavon Watersports Centre. Apollo CT are hosting this round which sees the conclusion of the Ulster XC series for 2013.

The main course will be very familiar to those who have raced there before with the grassy hill and then the flat, fast section around the lake before diving in through the purpose built trails. New for this year is the course for the Under 6s, 8s, 10s and 12s which has been moved to a separate area of the centre close to the main car park.

Riders are asked to pre-register for the event
a) to make administration on the day quicker
b) to help the host club organise the catering
c) for the seniors, there is a price reduction for pre-registering (£15 rather than £18)
d) for gridding purposes. Only those who pre-register will get gridded. Gridding will be based on the Ulster series after 4 rounds.

Pre-registration closes on Friday at 8 pm.

Sign on opens on Sunday at 09:30 with the first race, the FUN race for the Under 6s, starting at 10:45.

Full details of the event and how to pre-register is provided on www.UlsterXC.com
