Tour of Mallorca Final Stage

Cycling Ulster riders Stephen Gallagher and Roger Aiken had strong performances in yesterdays final stage of the Tour of Mallorca. The stage although only 95 km in length featured 3 savage climbs on each lap which forced nearly 100 riders to abandon. Gallagher proved his excellent form on Saturdays stage by featuring in an 80 km escape with 5 others which was reeled in by the bunch with only 2 kms to go. Gallagher returns to his professional team this week with good confidence after an excellent race.
Cycling Ulsters next representative team will be taking part in the Shay Elliot Memorial on April 27th in Bray.
